We used pre-visualisation software to plan and storyboard all lighting effects and camera moves. We shot presenter Charlotte Uhlenbroek in a blue screen motion control studio, illuminated by a programmable lighting rig. We then manipulated BBC NHU archive footage, ensuring that it matched our blue screen camera moves and focal lengths.
